I liked the staff; animation staff, security staff, luggage handler ,cleaning ladies (special mention to Amel who has a genuine and pretty smile), kitchen staff ( special mention to the woman who makes crepes and eggs in the morning ) and waiters (special mention to lheb, the tan young guy with curly hair and the middle aged thin man who has black straight hair, they were all so smiley and polite ) . I liked the cleanliness of the hotel it was always clean. the food was very clean, well made and they always innovate in food. I love the activities run by the animation staff So as not to make us feel bored and they always assured a good and pleasant atmosphere ( special mention to enzo, touti and masha)

Warm reception. Excellent cleanliness. Diverse and delicious meals, including traditional and modern. Excellent recreational activities. Excellent geographical location, close to the sea. Excellent beach services. In short, you will not regret spending an excellent time in this hotel.

The location is wonderful: in front of the beach and close to many other attractions in Yasmine Hammamet The food was amazing! The room is spacious and comfortable Very family friendly!

Nice welcoming reception helpful and special thanks to Front office manager for us smooth check-in and help in professionally. Location close to yasmine Hammamet port, shops,markets and cafes that you can spend night or day to go out. Rooms provided is quite big with balcony had magnificent view of sea. Bathroom is big also have bathtub is big and renovated rooms that you can enjoy stay. - (Special thanks to Mr. Mitr housekeeping staff for who is helpful from the beginning of our stay in room. He provides everything no doubt and help in case of emergency with his heart.) Close to beach 2 min on feet, garden and pool for children and adult, lobby with atrium, bar. Restaurant open buffet menu, 2 big section or restaurant so you can find table easily for dining. - (Special thanks to Mr. Hatem, Haitem and Faoruk which are best waiters also very helpful and kind. They show the best hospitality in fine dining experience for us and little baby. ) Smiling staff and welcoming animator équipe is always kind and helpful.

Variety of food, it was good actually, the staff were doing their best but it wasn't enough, I think they need more workers in the buffet. The chambers were super clean, and the best of it is the entertainment team. They were super amazing and friendly (Totti, Masha, Loulou, Mario, and Enzo). I think they need to get a raise 😉

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were cooked to perfection! Shoutout to the waiters, very hardworking people, always directed us to the free tables whenever we needed one and always refilled our drinks etc…. 10/10 service. And the animation were sooo lovely and welcoming. Loved them.

Many thanks to the morning supervisor Adnan the check-in with him was smooth and fast beside he still under training which proove that he is a quick learner and the correct person chosen by the executive office . Also thank you to siwar , mohamed , mario and all the entertainment team Kitchen staff and waiters also were very friendly and cooperative during the meals .

Beautiful view of the marina and sea from the balcony, room was spacious, staff were really friendly, comfortable bed, the food was really nice, drinks were really nice. Very quick service. Beautiful lobby. The hotel was very secure, in a beautiful location, lots of access to different thinks

The staff was so friendly , the room was clean , the pool and the atmosphere were great, the food was not so various but it was good and fair enough considering the price of our stay
